Background

Andrzej (AJ) Ejsmont is a Growth Strategy, Deep Tech, and AI Executive, Advisor, and Investor, backing over 55+ companies including 15 Unicorns.​

Previously, he worked for Mila to set up the Venture Scientist Fund, as well as McKinsey & Company, where he focused on AI, Private Equity/Venture Capital, and Deep Tech. He was also head of snowboarding at Burton Snowboards, part of Flagship Pioneering’s Venture Creation team, and led healthcare strategy work for Michael Porter’s Five Forces framework, as well as managed a project linked to a Nobel Prize–winning initiative.

His academic background includes an MPH from Harvard University (Global Health), an MPhil from the University of Cambridge (Bioscience Enterprise), a BA from Cornell University (Magna Cum Laude - Chemistry, Economics, Biology, and Law), while he also attended Lester B. Pearson United World College (UWC).
