Background

Andrzej (AJ) Ejsmont is an AI, Deep Tech, and Growth Strategy Executive Advisor as well as an active Angel Investor, backing over 30+ companies (including 4 unicorns ($1B+), 2 decacorns ($10B+), and 1 hectacorn ($100B+).

Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on AI, Private Equity/Venture Capital, and Deep Tech. He was also head of snowboarding at Burton Snowboards, part of Flagship Pioneering’s Venture Creation team, and led healthcare strategy work for Michael Porter’s Five Forces framework, as well as a project linked to a Nobel Prize–winning initiative.
