Background

Based in Montreal, Andrzej (AJ) Ejsmont is an AI, deep tech, and growth strategy executive advisor and an active angel investor, with investments in over 20+ companies, including five unicorns. Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on AI, private equity, venture capital, and deep tech.

 

He was also part of Flagship Pioneering’s Venture Creation team and led healthcare strategy work for Michael Porter’s Five Forces framework, as well as a project linked to a Nobel Prize–winning initiative. His academic background includes an MPH from Harvard (Global Health), an MPhil from Cambridge (Bioscience Enterprise), and a BA from Cornell (Magna Cum Laude -Chemistry, Economics, Biology, and Law & Society).
